Our matcha comes from tea plants that are shaded for 20–30 days before harvest. This process boosts chlorophyll and amino acid levels, giving the powder its rich green color and smooth umami taste. Leaves are hand-picked, stems removed, and finely stone-ground into premium matcha powder.
