Bumibox sources and ships products from trusted suppliers and brands. As many of our products are imported and fulfilled through a cross-border sourcing process, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and suppliers.

By placing an order on Bumibox, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, store credit, or refund if:

The item arrived damaged

Examples include:

  • Torn or broken products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Significant physical damage during shipping

You received the wrong item

Examples include:

  • Incorrect product model
  • Incorrect color (if the order specified a different color)
  • Incorrect size or variant

Item missing from your order

If an item listed on your order is missing upon delivery.

Item significantly differs from the product description

If the product received is substantially different from what was advertised.


3. Conditions for Return Requests

To qualify for a return or refund request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Product must be unused whenever possible
  • Original packaging should be retained if available

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Change of Mind Purchases

We do not accept returns simply because:

  • You no longer want the item
  • You ordered by mistake
  • You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
  • The product did not meet personal preferences

Consumable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Food products
  • Snacks
  • Coffee
  • Beverages
  • Health-related consumables

cannot be returned once delivered unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, ebooks, printable products, and other digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Clearance or Sale Items

Items marked as:

  • Final Sale
  • Clearance
  • Non-Returnable

cannot be returned unless defective.


5. Cross-Border Shipping Delays

Many products are sourced internationally.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping times are estimates only.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Customs delays
  • Courier delays
  • Peak season shipping delays
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Delays outside our reasonable control

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and investigation.


6. Lost Parcels

If tracking indicates that your parcel has not been delivered and appears lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
  • Investigations may take between 7–21 business days.
  • If the parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer:
    • A replacement item
    • Store credit
    • A full refund

at our discretion.


7. Delivered Parcels

Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.

Bumibox is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Parcels left in safe locations according to customer instructions

Customers should ensure their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.


8. Return Shipping Costs

If the mistake is ours

Examples:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Defective item
  • Damaged item

Bumibox will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is customer-initiated

If approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Refund Process

Once your request has been approved:

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Product replacement

depending on the situation.

Processing times:

  • Approval: 2–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider

10. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been ordered from our supplier or entered the fulfillment process.

After Fulfillment Begins

Once an order has been processed, sourced, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
